Was wondering if someone could tell me what it means when on a user's iPhone I go to Traveler and get the message Monitoring User's Mail Base is Disabled.

Also when running Tell Traveler Show User I get messages such as...

[11B4:3025-1F9C] Monitoring of the database for changes is not enabled.

[11B4:3025-1F9C] Auto Sync User State: Monitoring disabled

I have reinstalled Traveler in the past. Does this indicate a bad phone or something else?
